This Agreement sets forth the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale, recurring subscription payments, and execution of sports training/academy program packages offered by the SELLER via its official website www.liverpoolacademy.com.tr

3.1. Service Description: The sports training, camp, or academy package program selected by the BUYER. Package details, training schedules, and facility locations are specified on the relevant product page of the website.

3.2. Total Price: The total price of the service, including all applicable taxes, is stated on the checkout page and in the order confirmation email sent to the BUYER.

3.3. Payment Method & Subscription Terms:

Payments are processed electronically using credit card or debit card via a secured Virtual POS system.

Subscription Model: If the BUYER purchases a subscription package, the recurring package fee will be automatically charged to the BUYER’s registered credit card at the start of each billing cycle (monthly/seasonal/annual).

The BUYER acknowledges and agrees that the subscription will automatically renew unless canceled via the user dashboard or written email notification at least 7 days prior to the renewal date.

The training services shall commence on the start date specified on the website, at the designated training facility, and according to the announced program schedule.

Registration confirmation and service access details will be sent to the BUYER’s registered email address immediately upon successful payment.

5.1. Right of Withdrawal: The BUYER has the right to withdraw from this Agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of contract execution without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. The withdrawal request must be sent in writing to the SELLER’s email address provided above.

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation:

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services whose performance has started with the explicit consent of the consumer before the expiration of the 14-day period (e.g., if the training program has already started and the participant attended).

Contracts relating to leisure activities or sports services to be provided on a specific date or period are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal once performance begins.

5.3. Refund Process: Upon receipt of a valid withdrawal notice, the SELLER shall refund all payments collected within 14 days using the same payment method originally used by the BUYER.

Health and Participation Clearance: The BUYER declares and guarantees that the participant/student registered for the academy has no medical conditions or health restrictions preventing them from engaging in sports activities.

Academy Code of Conduct: The BUYER and the registered participant agree to comply with all rules, dress codes, attendance policies, and regulations established by Liverpool FC International Academy Türkiye.

Subscription Cancellation: The BUYER may cancel their subscription for upcoming billing cycles at any time. Cancellation prevents future automatic charges but does not entitle the BUYER to a refund for used or ongoing billing periods.

Force Majeure: For sessions canceled due to severe weather, public health emergencies, administrative restrictions, or other force majeure events, the SELLER reserves the right to organize make-up/replacement training sessions.

In case of any disputes arising from this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts located in the place of residence of the BUYER or where the consumer transaction was executed shall have jurisdiction, up to the financial limits set annually by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye.

By approving the order and completing the payment on the website, the BUYER is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement enters into force electronically upon approval by the BUYER.
